Receiving support through the Facilitated Employment program of Project Integra
As part of the facilitated employment component of the project, we continue to support beneficiaries from the partner municipalities. Recently, we visited the workshop of Mr. Daver Bale, who crafts furniture for both households and businesses using materials such as iron and wood.
The Integra project, in collaboration with partner municipalities, creates opportunities for businesses to hire new employees through the facilitated employment program. This program provides businesses with work equipment, aiming to make the experience of young employees as productive and successful as possible. By doing so, this component of the project not only helps increase the capacity of businesses but also creates new opportunities for employment and professional development for young people.
