Empowering Women in Kosovo: The INTEGRA Project’s Journey towards Skills Development and Economic Independence
The INTEGRA project, in collaboration with the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo (EARK) and the Vocational Training Centers (VTCs), has as its main goal the provision of competences and qualifications for the citizens of Kosovo in various sectors.
Based on the agreement with the APRK and the possibility to refer candidates, the Integra Project has informed women through events organized in Community Engagement Centers (CECs), in partner municipalities, about the possibility of certification and re-certification through QAP- of Kosovo.
Through these events, women have been encouraged to pursue this opportunity that leads them to opening their own businesses or finding a job.
We are so happy for their excellent progress!
These women from different communities, inspired by this opportunity, developed their skills in sewing, cooking, hairdressing, and many different sectors.
They proudly display their certificates, proving their skills and dedication.
All these women are now heading towards opening their own businesses or finding professional work.
Together, we can build a brighter future for everyone!
