Project Integra: Partnering with Municipalities to Empower Youth Employment

In cooperation with partner municipalities, the Integra Project offers the opportunity for businesses to hire new employees through the facilitated employment program, equipping businesses with professional machines and tools to make the experience of young workers as productive and successful as possible!

The hospitality company Kabashi Holding Shpk is one of the companies that through this program has hired young employees.

“So far, we have hired 2 employers who have been trained and are ready to start working in our hotel. We are committed to provide employment opportunities for youth and helping them build a successful career in the hospitality industry.
